Edinburgh SNOW-ed today!

We got first snow fall for 2005 in Edinburgh today. It was pretty, but I could only admire it from my window. I've been stuck in this room for last 72 hours having fun with Java and SWING! I think I'm startin' to get a little bit weird, even by my standards!

Oh yeah, Rachel got her PSLE results too in the last 72 hours.

Do really smart Profs usually get thing right?

Came across an interesting article on Skype Journal today about how this professor at UCL was "adamently" against the whole metrics of companies like Skype that "give" things away free. Well I really don't know if his onminous predictions to burst the Skype "bubble" will come true (honestly I really hope he's wrong for all our sakes!), but I suppose its also worth noting that google is really a company with no brick and motar products and yet, beat this their share price jumped from 80 bucks to 400 in last year or so. Something to "tot" about Eh?
